Questions
How does the planner work out how many vials I need?
It multiplies the amount you enter by how many times per week and the number of weeks, then divides by the vial size and rounds up. You can always add extra vials with the + button.
Does the planner recommend amounts or schedules?
No. Every amount, frequency and duration is entered by you. The planner only does the maths, the timeline and the basket.
How are bulk discounts applied?
Buying 3, 5 or 10+ vials of the same product unlocks 10%, 15% or 20% off that line, and larger orders unlock a whole-order volume discount. Each line gets whichever is better, capped at 20% in total, applied automatically in your basket.
Can I save or share my plan?
Yes. Your plan is saved in this browser automatically. “Copy plan link” gives you a link that reloads the full plan on any device, and “Add reminders to calendar” downloads a file with start, vial-change and reorder dates.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed in Bangkok can be delivered the same day. Orders elsewhere in Thailand ship by express nationwide.
