How do I place an order?

Select your products, add them to cart, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method. You’ll then receive confirmation and your order will be processed promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Instant Bank Transfer via Wise
  • Cryptocurrency via NOWPayments — BTC, ETH, USDT & USDC
  • Cash on Delivery / Cash on Collection for eligible Sukhumvit area customers in Bangkok
  • Thai Bank QR PromptPay by arrangement
How does Instant Bank Transfer via Wise work?

Select Wise from the list of banks at checkout. Your order total will automatically convert to GBP, but you can pay using any supported currency balance in your Wise account. Payment is processed and completed instantly.

Do you accept crypto payments?

Yes. We accept secure cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments. Supported currencies currently include BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC. Once payment is sent correctly, confirmation is processed automatically.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes — Cash on Delivery and Cash on Collection are available for eligible customers in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact support before ordering.

Can I pay by Thai bank transfer or PromptPay?

Yes — if you are unable to pay using Wise, crypto, or cash on delivery, we can also accept Thai Bank QR PromptPay by arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order if you require this option.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our Bangkok fulfilment hub for fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 12 PM ship the same day via:

  • Thai Post EMS (1–2 days)
Do you offer same-day collection in Bangkok?

Yes — select districts qualify for same-day motorbike delivery. Contact support to check availability.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is shipped.

What if my order is delayed?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Keep lyophilised vials in a cool, dry environment. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated at 2–8°C.

Yes — sterile bacteriostatic water is available for research reconstitution.

Do I need a prescription?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately before dispatch. Once a parcel leaves our fulfilment hub, we cannot change the delivery address.

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are not possible. However, damaged or incorrect items are replaced immediately.
