Is paying with crypto complicated if I’ve never done it?
No — NowPayments walks you through every step. You’ll see the exact amount to send, the wallet address, and a QR code. If you already use any crypto wallet or exchange app, you’ll be done in two minutes. We’re happy to help via LINE or WhatsApp if you get stuck.
I don’t have Wise or Revolut. Can I still pay by bank?
Yes — UK customers can pay directly through any major UK bank (Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, Monzo, Starling, Santander, NatWest and more). For international customers, Wise and Revolut are both free and take about 5 minutes to set up.
What if I only have Euros or Dollars in my account?
No problem. Wise and Revolut convert automatically from whatever currency you hold (EUR, USD, AUD, etc.) at near mid-market rates. You don’t need to manually exchange anything before paying.
Why don’t you take card payments?
Card payments come with high processing fees and chargeback risks that ultimately get passed on to customers. Pay by Bank and crypto are both faster, more secure, and let us keep our prices lower.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Pay by Bank uses Open Banking under FCA and PSD2 regulation — we never see or store your bank details. Crypto payments are handled by NowPayments, a regulated processor with full encryption. There are no card numbers exposed at any point.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Pay by Bank settles in seconds, so orders ship same-day if placed before 2pm. Crypto orders ship same-day once the payment is confirmed on the network (usually 5–30 minutes). Cash orders are arranged directly with you for delivery or pickup the same day if before 2pm. PromptPay/bank transfer orders ship the same day if your transfer reaches us before 2pm.
