Shipping & Returns Policy

1) Processing & Dispatch Schedule
  • Order confirmation: Sent immediately after payment is received.
  • Same-day shipping: Available Tuesday – Sunday for orders placed before 14:00 (2PM).
  • Orders placed after 14:00: Processed the next dispatch day.
  • No shipping or dispatch on Mondays.
  • Orders placed on Monday: Shipped on Tuesday.
  • Post office dispatch schedule: Tuesday – Sunday only.
2) Shipping Methods & Estimates

All orders are dispatched from Thailand using domestic tracked shipping unless stated otherwise.

  • Bangkok: 1–2 days
  • Rest of Thailand: 1–3 days
  • International: Rates & timelines vary (customs-dependent)
  • Tracking: Sent immediately once shipped
3) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
  • Ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Returned parcels due to address errors may require a re-shipping fee.
4) Customs, Duties & Import Rules

International customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and compliance with local laws.

5) Packaging & Handling
  • Discreet, unbranded packaging.
  • Protective materials to maintain vial integrity.
  • Please store products according to label instructions immediately on receipt.
6) Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns and exchanges are not accepted once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID.

7) Lost or Delayed Parcels
  • If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with building reception, neighbours, or the courier.
  • We will assist with courier investigations for missing parcels.
  • Resolutions depend on courier findings and may take several days.
8) Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

9) Payment Methods
