Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains when BangkokPeptides can offer a replacement, refund, or reshipment. All products are supplied strictly for research use only.

Important: Due to sterility, product integrity, and contamination risk, we do not accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used research materials.

1) Returns & eligibility

Physical returns are generally not accepted. We may instead offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund if a verified issue occurs.

Items damaged during transit (with clear photo evidence)
Incorrect product or quantity supplied
Confirmed lost parcels via courier tracking
Packages showing clear courier damage or tampering

2) Non-returnable cases

Opened, used, or reconstituted products
Improper storage after delivery
Change of mind or ordering error by the customer
Minor cosmetic packaging variations

3) Reporting timeframe

Damaged or incorrect items: within 48 hours of delivery
Missing items: within 72 hours of delivery
Lost parcels: once tracking confirms loss or prolonged inactivity

4) Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit. We may request bank details to complete a transfer.

6) Research-use-only disclaimer

All products sold by BangkokPeptides are laboratory research materials only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
